Steps Project - Youth for the Rule of Law 15&16/10/2009

Panorama Center conducted a training meeting on Thursday and Friday October 15th and 16th, 2009 in Ramallah at the Best Eastern Hotel.  Eighty university students from five provinces in Palestine Jenin, Nablus, Ramallah, Hebron and Bethlehem participated in the training. This meeting was the starting point for the implementation of the steps Project- Youth for the rule of law), which aims at activating the role of university students so as to enhance the respect for the rule of law, and to make the connection between normal citizens and the security forces, amongst university students.  This will ensure that security amongst citizens is a requirement and a public need, as we aim to disseminate the views and concerns of citizens towards the priorities of the security forces.
