 Human Rights Campaign East of Yatta, HebronThrough the human rights project Panorama targeted an area East of Yatta, Hebron known as Umm Al khair with a population of approximately 4500 citizens to conduct a campaign encouraging the right to an education. Al Saragha secondary school was chosen to implement the campaign, which conssits of 300 students from all surrounding communities in the area of Umm Al khair, and specifically Zoideen.
Activities and events that took place in Al-Saragha School:
- rehabilitation of school toilets and sinks, tiles and water tanks replaced and additional accessories necessary for the toilets.
- painted the doors of the school in the nine sections.
- provided the keys to all the doors and added locks for safety in order to avoid theft or assault on the school grounds.
- Planted trees and flowers in the school garden.
